Methodology

In order to operate efficiently, our consultants must be able to rely on well-organized processes as much as on their own knowledge and skills. Our experience in the very demanding automotive industry emphasized the need of designing a defect free methodology which allowed visibility and control at each stage of the project.

Once the project details and objectives have been agreed with the client, we perform an in-depth analysis of the market and identify relevant company targets. The company target list will always be reviewed with the client prior to proceeding further.

The identification will be performed mostly on the basis of the experience required while the validation process will dig into the experience, attributes and skills of the potential candidate. It is during the face-to-face interviewing process that we will probe the professional achievements of the candidates, evaluate the competencies and check the adequacy with the client corporate culture.
