Matrix structure
Accetis International has developed a 3D matrix organisational structure that reflects the job market and the needs for companies and candidates to do business with knowledgeable consultants.
Horizontally one will find the different practices that are led by Partners or Managing Consultants. Vertically there will be functional know-how depending on the experience of the consultant. The third dimension relates to the specific knowledge of a local geographical market.



Global Practices
We currently operate with a total of 8 practices across our global network.
The practice leaders might be located in different countries and have responsibilities for developing the business and act as mentors towards more junior consultants. The 8 practices are:

Functional Know-how
Functional know-how depends on what experience the consultant had when he joined us.
The following list is not exhaustive but gives an idea of the indoor operational experience available: Financial Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, HR Management, IT Management, Production and Logistics.

Local Market Knowledge
Currently we deliver projects in the following local markets more(link to a map)
Typically a project for the search of a Financial Controller in the Automotive Sector might be led by the Automotive Practise Leader with the support of a Financial Consultant and a local market Researcher.
